Workplace bullying is a consistent pattern of mistreatment from others in the workplace that causes either physical or emotional harm. This can include verbal, non-verbal, psychological, and physical abuse, as well as humiliation.

A worker is bullied at work if:

  • A person or group of people repeatedly act unreasonably towards them or a group of workers.
  • The behaviour creates a risk to your mental health and safety.

If you think you are being bullied in your workplace, there are services that are there to support you.
