What we offer

Our Aboriginal Families Practice provides legal advice and representation. The types of matters we can assist with include: 

  • Family law – including parenting order applications, mediation, parenting disputes
  • Child protection – including advice before court, representation during court proceedings
  • Family Violence Intervention Orders (FVIO) – including for applicants and respondents
  • Divorce proceedings – general legal advice only as we are not able to assist with property matters.
