Andreea has previously worked as a criminal defence lawyer and the coordinator of the community legal education team at the North Australian Aboriginal Justice Agency. She has a Master of Laws and completed her Churchill Fellowship on culturally appropriate implementation of the Optional Protocol to the Convention Against Torture and other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (OPCAT).

George has extensive international experience working with government, business and not-for-profits on organisational and service design, strategy and transformation. George leads Executive and Corporate Services encompassing governance, quality, policy and our network of offices.

Nerita completed her Bachelor of Arts and Laws at Melbourne University in 2011 whilst undertaking a cadetship through the Australian Taxation Office. In 2012, Nerita commenced a traineeship with the Victorian Government Solicitors Officer where she was able to undertake her practical legal training whilst undertaking exciting work in various branches.

Trevor Plowman has extensive experience in Financial services delivery and administration and leads the VALS Finance Unit, encompassing all key financial and risk management review.
