Our regional Client Support Officers connect our solicitors to their clients and their local communities. Our main focus is the health and wellbeing of people in custody. We work to ensure that clients in preparation for a court-appearance are supported.

Regional Client Support Officers spend the majority of their time traveling across the state to various regional courts. They support people before, during and after court. Our CSOs also work with the clients to provide the necessary information needed to progress their legal matters. They provide after-court information about relevant support services to clients. They undertake community legal education, provide access to legal information when they need it, and can mediate between clients and solicitors.
